We had luke warm water to take a shower with.
I called the front desk and reported tthe problems with room.
I ask was i doing something worng, i was informed that i was all the heat and hot water is control by property mang.
If i could have got my money back i would have took my family to another hotel.
It was very very cold xmas night, but we made it.
Please reconsider staying at this hotel.
